Everyone can officially hate me now, I just booked our trip to Australia not to be outdone by Alaska in June!!! A disclaimer: this is Adam’s baby….from the moment we stepped foot on Okinawan soil he has only wanted to go to one place….Australia! Wouldnt you know that his squadron currently deployed to the Philippines heads to Australia in August, but we move in June…funny, huh? Adam didn’t think so, therefore we’ve taken matters into our own hands, got leave approved and convinced his fun-lovin Uncle Johnny to meet us there!
My blog readers may be getting a false impression here, normally my days are spent pining away for my deployed husband (which I find both frustrating and romantic) and investigating parks to keep Gideon happy! The recent trips to exotic lands is a result of time running out on this side of the world! Once we are back stateside I will be pulling 12 hr shifts at some hospital joining corporate america and contributing to society. My entries will then echo realities such as how to mow a lawn while hubby is gone and complaining about traffic!
