Ikat-tastic

23Ikat which literally means to “cut” or “bind” is a style of weaving that uses resist dyeing to create some fantastic patterns, if I do say so myself!! It’s prevalent in Uzbekistan, South America, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Guatemala and has been all the rage in fashion/interior industry alike! Total Love.

Top three rooms dominomag, brown room by Jeffery Bilhuber from Elle decor, green room amanda nisbet, dresses shopbop
