Gideon got an early birthday present, his first real bike. I was all prepared to teach him the in’s and out’s when off he went! While I was preoccupied snapping pictures he approached a down-hill slope that’s when I realized I neglected to show him the brakes. Bad Mommy. Let’s just say we knocked out his first bike ride and first fall in one fell swoop!
