What is it?
My newborn mini photo session is one hour, includes 4 poses and you get to pick your colors, I bring it all. The props, wraps, headbands, hats and buckets are all brought to you in the comfort of your own home! And 25-30 images delivered via a downloadable gallery.
What poses do you do with baby?
My posing workflow is very specific and has a pace that keeps baby typically happy, warm and wrapped. Our poses include baby on back wrapped, potato sack pose, bums up pose, and hands under chin. Not every baby will do every pose due to gas or varying age and that is ok, we improvise and do as many as we can within the hour timeframe. I do get asked for froggy pose from time to time, yes I can do it, but it’s not my favorite, most babies dont’ care for it, cry and that disrupts our typical workflow. So froggy pose is by request only! Poses included pictured below.
Where does it take place?
In the comfort of your own home, I specialize in mobile sessions, meaning I bring the session to you. I find this easiest on your family and your new baby. It’s very difficult to get out the door with a newborn, so this provides the greatest of ease and comfort for your family. I park next to the best light in your home, set up my space heater and white noise and I’m all set.
Can I copy images you’ve seen from pinterest?
While there are amazing images online, I try and stick with the poses and workflow I know best. I am happy to include anything of meaning into your photos like a baby blanket or momento. But we truly customize your colors to your liking and your baby, making each session unique.
How far do I travel?
I’m located in Fredericksburg Virignia and try and stay within 20-30 miles of that radius due to my own kids and busy mom life! There is a travel fee added on for anything over 30 minutes of travel and maximum travel is an hour.
What is the cost?
Currently my Newborn mini is $225 which includes everything except the travel fee if that is needed! That price is expected to rise by the end of the year, so if you are considering one, book now to lock in that steal of a price.
