I have an ongoing struggle with one thing…..expectations, the
trouble is I have them about almost everything!! The equation goes
like this, Great Expectations= Frequent Disapointments (not always,
but often)!
Slowly but surely Im learning a new configuration… Submit all hopes,
dreams, ambitions, and worries {to the Lord} + patience = More than we
could exceedingly ask or imagine (Eph 3:20).
It turns out even my loftiest desire pales in comparison to what He
has in store for me, but I must let go of my own agenda. Then the
blessing will return pressed down, shaken, and overflowing.(Luke 6:38)
