Photographing newborns especially in-home mobile sessions has truly become my specialty and joy! Going into homes and seeing how I can integrate meaningful home pieces with your brand new baby has been right up my creative alley!
How it works
Contact me as soon as you find out your due date! We then pencil in the “due date” which we all know is a loose prediction! Then once you have baby message me that day and we schedule out 10 days from baby’s birth to assure those curly poses and newborn newness!
What to wear
Don’t stress too much over what to wear but for newborn sessions I do include family images so go with neutrals loose fitting, comfortable clothes. The pictures just include your top half either outside or on your family couch or bed and are cozy close up portraits, not full body! Here’s a what to wear guide for more ideas!
What baby will wear
I typically use different color wraps, baskets, and props for newborn images. I aim to keep these photos as classic as possible. The baby is wrapped the whole time except for some poses, but it’s all up to your preferences! We chat about your color preferences and ideas prior to the session especially if you want to include anything special from your home in the session.
