Kids incorporated rooms

I really appreciate when designers incorporate children in a room. Its so tricky having nice things with little ones running around. Just last week Gideon ripped a section of wallpaper right off the wall, colored on my lucite coffee table, and spilled chocolate milk on the rug! But my husband and I don’t want our home taken over by fisher price toys, that’s why he has his own room; where toys can live. These images are a nice balance of incorporating children but still claiming the house as your own!
That kids table and chairs are identical to the one at ikea!
Love the ring toss thrown in there as a part of the decor!

The kiddo still feels comfortable playing in a pretty grown-up room.

Most frequently asked question!? When to book the newborn session- the magical window for posing is the first 10-14 days after birth! So book when you are expecting- we pencil in your due date then come to your home in Fredericksburg Va! I set up next to the best window- and preserve this special fleeting moment in time! We offer family session with newborn too and also like to include furry siblings! 🐶 🐈

2025 is the year of the wedding for me!! This snowy engagement session pretty much made my day when I arrived to 50 degree weather in Richmond at the botanical gardens! We headed straight for the Japanese section and it was magical!
