Pineapple in winter

Once again I neglected to take pictures this weekend, mostly because we were inside hibernating due to frigid temperatures! Let’s see Friday we went for some udon noodles but the highlight of that meal was hands down the best piece of pineapple randomly receieved at the end of the meal. I asked with pure desperation where on earth they got it and they replied, “Costco”…I may need a membership there stat just for a piece of tropical bliss which promptly placed me on a beach in my mind in the midst of winter. What a delight.
Then we did the token saturday morning grocery store trip where I happily tossed some red velvet cupcakes in the cart, oh yeah. Then sunday I fell asleep on the couch with my coat and gloves on underneath a blanket, yes Im that pathetic with this winter weather. And the grand finale was having around 15-20 people over for Sunday night bible study and cake pops were present and devoured. Yum.

Most frequently asked question!? When to book the newborn session- the magical window for posing is the first 10-14 days after birth! So book when you are expecting- we pencil in your due date then come to your home in Fredericksburg Va! I set up next to the best window- and preserve this special fleeting moment in time! We offer family session with newborn too and also like to include furry siblings! 🐶 🐈

2025 is the year of the wedding for me!! This snowy engagement session pretty much made my day when I arrived to 50 degree weather in Richmond at the botanical gardens! We headed straight for the Japanese section and it was magical!
