This micro wedding in Westmoreland State Park in Montross Virginia was the perfect place for the bride to have her wedding, since it’s her very own workplace! Her love of the outdoors was boldly on display in the green forest and dockside spot on the Potomac River.
I matched the green vintage feel of her peaceful aesthetic with my edits in the photos of her special day. The distinct vintage notes, seen in her boots, navy blue bow, and hand made florals made this day super personal and appropriate for a national park wedding. The bride and groom choose to put their love of animals right on top of the wedding cake, showcasing a skunk, duck and dog making for a fun-loving cake!
If you are hosting a wedding with under 100 guests, like this micro wedding, I’d love to be considered for your special event! I photograph small weddings ideally under 5-6 hours in length! Please be sure to check out my wedding page for all the information to see if we would be a great fit.
Enjoy this Westmoreland State Park wedding with all its personality and vintage touches, I enjoyed every second of it.
